Thaw: Allow the manicotti to thaw completely in the refrigerator overnight.

Preheat & Bake: Preheat your oven to 450°F. Bake the Manicotti uncovered for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the sauce is bubbly.

Cool: Let the manicotti cool for 10 minutes before serving. This will help it set and make it easier to cut.
